Food was decent but we had a very long wait when we went to collect it, despite pre-ordering. Judging by the other folk waiting we weren't alone. The waiting time wouldn't have been helped by the fact that the pizzas aren't made on-site. They're done at Culzean Palace and brought down. The food was good though.

Not happy ordered a chip steak supper and a single smoked sausage got home and no chip steak instead you gave me chicken x3 small fillets supper if a stayed closer would have brought it back????

Fish and chips was nice however this can’t be said about the haggis suppers. Both were burnt and and dry. Couple of fritters were just batter with a slither of potato inside. Rather travel further the next time.

I was disappointed with my order today which was very unusual as I always get my fish and chips from the Maybole Chippy. The fish was fine, as usual, but the chips were dry, cold and looked old. It seemed as if they were cooked hours earlier. My partner and I just couldn't finish them even when dipped in the curry sauce. I had ordered on the app and got there in 5 minutes to pick up. Nearly 10 minutes before the pick up time on the app. I will definitely go back there again and I trust that the chips will be back to the usual high quality.

Ordered online, drove 15 minutes to collect, waited an additional 20 mins on top of collection time as was busy (but I see this as a good sign)! Then drove home and unfortunately was missing a meal. Didn't contact the chippy as I didn't want to drive back so im assuming it would have been rectified had I done so as staff seem friendly. The rest of food was delicious and freshly made. We will definitely be back however next time I'll check the order before I drive home.

Chips very poor certainly not fresh. Pizza was very basic and cold by time it travelled 5mins home. Most went in bin. 1st order and certainly the will be the last

The fish supper and battered pizza supper was wrapped and left in the warming area 20 minutes before the calzones was ready. By the time I got them home the fish batter and the battered pizza were both soggy spoiling the meal for both my wife and son. All meals previously purchased have been excellent. Suggest that timings are taken into consideration when different meals are purchased to ensure that they are all as fresh as possible.
